“Good and comfy experiences”
The bed is very comfy, overall all of the service is very splendid. And the shower is very good, the room service is splendid. I hope this will not be my last visit on this hotel. Keep up the good work. And keep up the good service, overall, this is the best experience

“Bfast is great”
Our first room had air conditioning problems. after complaining we were given another better room..deluxe room. Room very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast great with so many variaty. Location not far to city. Large and beautiful swimming pool. All the staf are very polite.

“Recommend”
good memories that impress when my family and I visited pekanbaru, this hotel has an old building but still looks good and luxurious. finta’s as font desk officer really helped me in getting a room according to my request, even though the hotel is old but the cleanliness is very good.

“Need to improve on facilities”
The interior design is consider as old hotel, the facilities such as jogging track and gym should be maintained well, breakfast is ok with variety of choice from local to wastern food. Location is consider far from happing place at Pekan Baru town
