“First JW Marriott stay ... it was excellent !”

“Best Indonesian restaurant.”
Breakfast was great, and every service satisfied me. Especially, I loved ever staffs in this hotel smiled to every guests. Aji, Nurul, Katherina,aulia and resty had been great to me and my parents while we had stayed in the hotel. If you plan visiting Jakarta, I recommend this hotel.

“Tried and true 5 star”

The hotel is a little tired compared to many of the Bonvoy hotels close by but what it lacks in recent upgrades, it makes up for in service, staff attentiveness and friendliness.
