“Nice and cozy hotel”
Very nice hotel all staffs are friendly especially Ipfan, caring staff. Staff at pool side bar also very friendly. I feel like at home here. Just one comment as it would be nice if can have coffee machine in the room as am a coffeeholic but not instant coffee. Anyway I love this hotel. Thanks.

“Jakarta done well”
The Gran Melia hotel/poolside/lounge never fail to impress. The staff are so meticulously good with detail and are so courteous. Special thanks to Doni & Anas at the lounge as well as the Staff at the chillin pool bar. This hotel definitely stands out from the rest in Jakarta.

“Top Spot. Great staff”
Fantastic place with wonderful staff. Wardah, Syarief and Delvin from the lobby bar were top notch. We had a big group of us and nothing was too much trouble. Service with a smile and laugh and the cocktails were great too! Look forward to visiting again.

“Red Lounge”
Everytime i stayed in Gran Melia i had good time and experience in Red Lounge. Variety food during breakfast. Have a good omelet and Alpokat bread. The staff Mr Doni dan Miss Resta were friendly. Generally staff were polite and helpfull too.
