“Neat and comfortable”
The room very big for staycation, during staycation, everything neat and comfortable. The staff so very helpful. The gym so very clean. There are several mall neat the hotel, you walk if bored. The hotel its self ready to accompanied if you needed

The decor, service, the room and the comfort of the bed and the pillows were excellent. your staff at the Front desk and the restaurants were extremely friendly and helpful. The food and the buffet variety were excellent. I will choose your hotel if I am visiting Jakarta.

“A pleasant stay.”
Good restaurants, good service all around, nice rooms. As always, very clean and very warm reception by the staff. The gym though can be improved. The equipment is very limited and there can be more machines. Are there any loyalty cards because it wasn't offered.
