“Good experience as always at Grand Hyatt Jakarta”
Location is unrivalled... I will go continue to stay here when I am in Jakarta as long as the prices don't skyrocket... Staying here while on business is not always the best though, as I never have enough time to enjoy the various facilities provided to the visitors.

As expected Grand Hyatt provides good services .. rooms are clean and tidy.. my family enjoyed the stay and looks forward to the next trip.. The gymn is also very nice and clean.. please fix the pool.. it’s salty and feels uncomfortable.. Other than that all is good with Hyatt!

Excellent changing in hotel interior and vibe compare to my last stay in 2020. Great experience we had.
