“Good memories”
Old hotel but still well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides good service. For example, I needed a cardboard box to pack my souvenirs, and the hotel staff helped me find one. So far ,from first come Arcadia is best service for guest ( front office ) hayumi and ceseya And for breakfast,room (719),toilet,looks like old but good for keep cleaning, air circulation, security,for entertain is good ,good respon from staf if complain raise Advise for increase tha above

“Nice & historical”
The view from window is nice. Located in the Surabaya old town and historical street. Stayed here during my birthday. The reception staf gave me surprise with birthday cake and candle when I checked out 🤗 Recommended place to stay if you love Surabaya history.

“Nice and Recomended Hotel!!”
Arcadia Surabaya is a recomended hotel if you want to visit Surabaya. The service was great, the breakfast menu was varied and had a good taste too. The room also spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view ( think is Suramadu Bridge). I’ll stay here again for my next trip at Surabaya. Thank you … more

“Old hotel”
Old hotel but maintenanced still, the corridor was dark need refreshment for plwall painting and carpey substitute. Thelocation quite far enough by city center but near by some bank atm and park. Some sncak stall and souvenir at the lobby.
