The place is very good...staff is very helpful...spa is very good spa prices are very reasonable and affordable. Food is good..they tried their best to satisfy us.we suggest them to learn some Indian food.The pool was very clean...the jungle surrounding is very good...one must stay here.

The experience in Kayumanis Ubud was all perfect. When we went to have breakfast, went out, and even played for a while in the main pool, every time we came in, they checked the condition of the room and always prepared new towels and water. In the afternoon, they changed the bed setting and smoked mosquito incenses to prepare the night. There is no difference in the menu and price of the restaurant and room service. and it is even cheaper and more delicious than eating at outside restaurants, so I ordered many times and had a delicious meal. There was no need to walk around the streets of Ubud and think about the menu. Because our room became a restaurant. The pool in the room was also very good, but the main pool, where we can spend a relaxing time looking at nature, was fantastic. Afternoon tea service was also available in the room for one day and at the main pool for one day. We stayed for two nights and all the employees we met as we passed by always greeted us with a smile every time we met, so we could have a happier holiday. The butler service and shuttle connected directly without any inconvenience. I had time left until I checked out and went to the airport. The luggage storage service was also free, and they checked our status until the end. We came to Bali as a 9-year-old couple, not a honeymoon, and the experience at Kayumanis was perfect enough to think it was a honeymoon. There is a limit to my ability to write this wonderful experience, so I'm adding it as pictures. I will come to Bali again to come to this place, not just for Bali.

Luxury stay overlooking the jungle Pros: Jungle views Main pool overlooks the river and you can watch the rafters going by Polite and efficient staff Great food and drinks Amazing villas with private pool Shuttle from villa into Ubud centre Very comfortable bed The layout of the resort is an adventure with sloping pathways from up top down the valley to the river Cons (depending on your point of view): Our villa's bathroom was an outside one (as most of them are I assume) the only issue I had with this was the toilet also was outside and our bathroom backed onto a footpath. While there was a wall between us, it did make for interesting toilet activities while you where using it and someone was on the other side of the wall have a conversation.

“Outstanding Service!”

The staff made our holiday very special. It was always excellent service, on time and with a smile! The food & cocktails were top class! We stayed for 9 days and every day we were treated with respect and outstanding service! Thank you to everyone!
