My mother and I recently spent some time as guests of the beautiful Laguna, a luxury collection, resort & spa. It was our sixth occasion at The Laguna so it is evident that we hold The Laguna and the beautiful staff close to our hearts. On arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome at reception by Kiki and Winda. Kiki and Winda were always attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries we had during our stay. Once again, we would like to acknowledge and thank the wonderful Suka. It is always a highlight to see his smiling face and his professional manner. Suka went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and relaxing experience both poolside and by the beautiful lagoon. We would like to thank Setriana who would prepare the cabana each morning and for his kindness in locating our reef shoes and placing the shoes at our cabana. Our shoes had no label on them, and we were grateful and surprised to find them once again. Thank you! It was also lovely to see Arik as he assisted us with towels at the beach or poolside, always remembering our names with a smile. Thank you. To the staff at the Banyubiru restaurant: Thank you, Suarkida, for helping us at breakfast by communicating to the chefs about my food allergies. We also need to make mention of the kind and caring chefs who went above and beyond each morning to prepare delicious waffles with whipping cream and maple syrup. As there is a requirement regarding food allergies, I felt that there was a high level of care taken to avoid an issue and am most appreciative of the service I received at Banyubiru, Kul Kul bar and room service. A special mention also to Ayu who delivered room service with a smile and a lovely manner. As on previous occasions, it’s always lovely to see staff happy to greet us on our return. Thank you once again to Dewi- you remembered my order of Sprite! Once again, we felt well looked after. We will return with our other family members during the coming year, and we cannot wait! Happy New Year Laguna family!

Warm hospitality by the entire team. Great breakfast selection. Amazing location for daily walking or jogging. The resort is perfect for a relaxing stay and to recharge, especially if you live a fast-paced, city lifestyle. I really enjoyed the Balinese offering making activity and Arik gave a very insightful and detailed explanation of the ritual and temple elements. I want to also mention a special thank you to Wira, my server at the breakfast restaurant. He was very friendly and attentive. The same goes for Yoga. If you're looking for a relaxing break, then this is definitely the place to book.

My wife and I visited Bali for our anniversary trip and we had a truly phenomenal and exceptional stay at The Laguna Resort and Spa by Luxury Collection at Nusa Dua. We spent 5 wonderful days here and even though it was rainy season in Bali, we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff at The Laguna extended warm hospitality and we were looked after really well. Special thanks to Berta, Perdian, Melanie, Kris, Gus Ari, Daria, Jessica, Aprin, Narendra, and the rest of staff for making our stay memorable. The resort grounds are beautiful and we loved our room with direct lagoon access. The private beach with its calm waters is perfect for relaxing, swimming/water activities. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

My wife and I stayed at the The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali for 7 days in July 2024. Our experience was phenomenal. The resort and the grounds are breathtaking, and the food was delicious. The staff, who many seem to have worked there for many years, is extremely competent and understand how to deliver guest service. You can tell when people are being ingenuine, but we didn't get that feel at all while staying at this resort. Bali was beautiful and it is an experience that we would never forget, but the staff at this resort is what truly will be memorable for years to come. While the entire staff we're excellent there were a few who stood out to us and their names are: Parna, Soefyan, Aris, Dina, Mana, and Dhita. I thank you all for your service and because of these individuals you will see us again in the future! Suksma!
