Huge thank you to the staff at Kayumanis, we arrived in the middle of the World Water Forum being held in Nusa Dua to thousands of people. The Kayumans staff prioritized the guests staying with them and went out of their way to make our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We had the beautiful sunny Villa Akasia a 2-pavilion villa consisting of a bedroom and open bathroom and a separate pavillion lounge which was fantastic to relax in, lots of space to unwind, with the option to have the doors open or closed for air-conditioned comfort. We had the pleasure of using all the facilities, the spa which was beautiful, eating in the restaurant and on the beach for lunch and cocktails, all were lovely and the staff exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff from reception to the cleaners etc were always smiling and genuinely there to make sure you were looked after and felt a part of the Kayumanis family. Well done Kayumanis Nusa Dua we left feeling pampered and relaxed and are already planning our next visit. Ibu Lizzie & Bapak Tony

Wow! My husband and I stayed for a week & were super impressed. We’ve experienced a lot of top end accommodation and this was right up there. We loved the boutique nature of it, our one bedroom villa was stunning with its private space and own pool. Customer service was a solid 10/10 plus. All staff were exquisite - super helpful & accommodating, friendly & genuinely gorgeous. The food was fantastic too. The spa treatments were amongst the best we’ve experienced. Highly recommend. My favourite bit, was when you returned to the accommodation & they said welcome home ❤️. Thank you to the whole team x

My wife and I have spent a week here in a 1 bed Villa. Everything here is exceptional from the room, pool, cleanliness, food and the wonderful staff. You cannot believe the lengths everyone goes to here to make your stay unforgettable. The Spa is also stunning, from the moment the staff come to your Villa ( in our case Desi & Wahyu) and take you across to the spa and provide such a special experience that again you will not forget. If you want an exceptional break in the most wonderful surroundings you must visit here and be blown away

I have left it sometime before writing this review to make sure I have had time to reflect and provide a fair and balanced assessment as Kayamais does seem to receive so many positive reviews. Unfortunately the service was not to a standard expected of such an establishment. On arrival we were advised that on the 2nd day of our stay all restaurants were off limits and we weren't allowed to even enter and exit through the main entrance of Kayumanis, instead being told to use a back alley! NOT the way to treat paying guests. This information should have been presented to us BEFORE arriving so we were given the opportunity to cancel our booking and look elsewhere. We were disturbed late into the night by the drone of a portable generator which was being used for whatever function was deemed more important than their villa guests. I understand it is a business there to make money but it is advertised as an up market relaxing retreat with service as a focus. There also seems to be a communication breakdown between the phone butler service and the restaurant as every meal ordered for delivery to our villa had something incorrect. After giving up on trying to dine in our villa when ALLOWED we ate at the restaurants and the service was fine mostly although on one night they decided to charge for plain drinking water they hadn't charged for the previous night. I emailed management while there with my concerns and to their credit I was met by them at breakfast the following morning where they were apologetic and keen to improve our stay. It shouldn't require an email in the first place at a 5 star establishment. We have stayed at many places throughout Bali and Nusa Dua and Kayumanis really needs to improve especially at the prices you are currently charging. I'm glad others have enjoyed their stay but we will not be returning.
