I booked this hotel as its on the beach close to the airport and we needed somewhere to store luggage and shower on our last day In bali before a late flight home. It was about £40 for the room and it was a nice room. Good aircon Huge comfy bed with mosi net and everything very clean The resort is rustic balinese style.. not modern but traditional and beautiful. Pool areas could do with an update but post covid things will take times to financially recover This is not a 4 star resort. But given the low costs to stay you cannot complain.

Comfortable beach front hotel in traditional Balinese style set in beautiful tranquil gardens. On arrival we were wowed with the impressive reception area, a huge palatial entrance with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms although old and dated are absolutely fine and clean. There could be some improvements though, replace the plastic shower curtains with glass shower screens, towels and bed linen had seen better days, but room rate reflects that it's not a 5* establishment (although it easily could be with a little investment). Huge lagoon style swimming pool with sunken bar by the beach with plenty of sun loungers. In our opinion the bar area let this hotel down. Surrounding glass windows remained closed throughout stay and the area felt a little neglected. There was building work being carried out during our stay which was disappointing. The worst is over, but still occasional dust and some noise spoiled what could have been a great stay. Staff are excellent and this resort doesn't lack staff. They're everwhere. Menu was basic but food standard was good. We arrived just after a storm and the beach was littered with plastic which was shocking and not a great first impression. Within 2 days everything though was cleaned and the beach back to what we had expected. There's lots of places to eat along the sand, in our opinion walk south, there's a 5* restaurant just down from Keraton or further down some great clean beach restaurants. All in all generally a good stay and would recommend for a value for money hotel on the beach.

So many things to like about this hotel. Grand old Balinese style with huge rooms, lovely gardens and pool.and fabulous location right on the beach at Jimbaran. Despite complaints from others about it not being a private beach, there are lounges in the beach fir hotel guests and it was very clean - and locals enjoying it in the late afternoon and evening. It was a quiet and serene location. My big negative was the strong smell of mould in both our rooms - we were only there for 2 nights but I couldn't have handled more with the smell. Room was very clean though but linen could have done with an upgrade. Buffet breakfast also very ordinary for the price. Coffee appalling. And staff very friendly but not very proactive. Very Grand foyer but needed some music and smilier staff to make it more welcoming. However for the price we paid on Agoda it was decent value. It just needs a little love and attention to mould and linen (and coffee machine) to bring it up to speed.
