It is a beach front resort but the beach is relatively small compared to other beach resorts in Nusa Dua. The suite is nicely appointed. It comes with all the standard amenities. The resort has a few landscape pools but they are not interconnected. Though there are many deck chairs, yet it is hard to get 2 together if the weather is good and decks will be occupied. The suite comes with an access to the Nusa Dua lounge where breakfast and evening canapes are served. The options are not extensive but reasonable. The staff at the lounge were attentive and caring namely Oka, Bagus, Karisma and Ribi. Overall, all the resort staff are pretty well trained. Things to improve: 1. Add more sun lounges as during peak, it is still not sufficient. 2. There are at least 5 different types of sun lounges. Place all the similar type together to make the whole place looks neater and more organised 3. There is an instagramable spot - A swing with the Hilton Resort Bali name on it, but the sun loungers placed behind it spoiled everything as there are always someone lounging at that area 4. Compared to their "neighbours" they have lots of sun loungers at the beach area. It is important to look what can be enhanced to have more sun lounges facing the ocean as well 5. Breakfast at the Grain was a let down. Can be more distinctive to have options such as Western (available), Indonesian (available), Chinese (can add popular Dim Sum such as Siew Mai and Har Kau as opposed to steam red bean bun, steam corn etc), Japanese (eg Miso Soup etc). 6. Some of the food items are in pure Bahasa Indonesia (eg Ayam Bakar Madu...). Should have name in English preferably so the diners will know easily. There was a Caucasian asked me what meat was that and I said to him it is "Honey Glazed Chicken" Overall, a good resort for family and friends.
