“Friendly and Welcoming”
Arrived very late for check-in due to flight delay and the crowds lined up top pay VOA and clear immigration and then have our luggage removed from the carousel by an airport employee whose efficiency was more hindrance than help. Arrived very late for check-in due to flight delay and the crowds lined up top pay VOA and clear immigration and then have our luggage removed from the carousel by an airport employee whose efficiency was more hindrance than help. Hotel driver had waited patiently through all this and we were soon being welcomed and assisted by night staff at the hotel. Enjoyed our first couple of nights here before heading to other areas. Returned again for a further eleven nights early August, great room allocated, bright and airy, comfortable bed, all necessary amenities, serviced daily and maintained meticulously clean. My wife enjoyed the pool and gardens while I wandered elsewhere to enjoy a massage. Excellent staff throughout, exceptional service for the duration. It’s still our little oasis in Kuta.

“Change 2 things please.”
Just got back from this little gem, spotlessly clean but in my opinion 2 things need to change. Every morning at 6.30am the gardener sweeps the paths with a hard brush and this goes on for about an hour. The towels get changed every day weather they need it or not, surely this is just a waste of wa… more

“Our Little Oasis in Kuta”
Back for a 10-night stay at one of our favourite locations in Bali. Friendly welcome and great service throughout our stay. Back for a 10-night stay at one of our favourite locations in Bali. Friendly welcome and great service throughout our stay. It's still our little oasis away from the bedlam of the traffic and shop/stall holders in Kuta. My wife enjoyed the relative privacy of the pool with most other guests enjoying the attractions during the day. I headed to mt favourite spa for some pampering. 3* rated hotel but much better than 3*. Looking forward to our next vacation.

An older but well kept establishment that is well located in the heart of Kuta. Leisurely walk to Waterbom, Discovery Mall, Kuta Beach promenade. Front office staff very helpful and welcoming.
