“Staff amazing but rooms need a bit of TLC”
Whilst the staff were amazing and very attentive, the rooms and restaurant are in need of an upgrade. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. Whilst the staff were amazing and very attentive, the rooms and restaurant are in need of an upgrade. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. If you are on a tighter budget then this would suit large groups. But don't expect too much from the outdated decor and well warn furniture and bathrooms. If we had an issue, however, the staff were very accommodating and fixed broken bathroom fixtures and swapped our room when we had an issue with the A/C.

The resort is stunning and a perfect location. 10/10 however the service was not great. The staff were often confused - our checkin was not smooth, We had a large group of 10 to book in and they were very unorganised with our room allocations. Then our room was checked out even though we had extended our stay. We booked the shuttle bus for 8 people and they only booked a car for 4 people to get to the airport. Our room had no hot water.
