“Outstanding.”
We had such an amazing experience staying at Legian Beach Hotel. The staff, rooms, grounds and amenities we outstanding. There were so many extra little things they did for us that made our holiday unforgettable . I can not fault our stay and can’t wait to stay again.

Legian Beach Hotel is our home away from home in Bali. It has a beachfront location, many accommodation options, great hotel restaurants and menu options and very good hotel facilities. Plus there are a multitude of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. All the staff are truly amazing and helpful and every request we asked for was answered with "We can do that for you" We like this hotel so much that we already plan to go back there again soon. Well done to Legian Beach Hotel staff.

“Hotel nothing special”
Stayed here solo, the room was great, but a little out dated. The hallway is quite noisey. The resort itself is beautiful, the adults pool a little small. Stayed here solo, the room was great, but a little out dated. The hallway is quite noisey. The resort itself is beautiful, the adults pool a little small. It is surrounded by lush bush however beware of mosquitos. The hotel is in a prime location. Breakfast buffet was like any other buffet. Besr time to go is between 7am and 8am as 8am to 10am is absolutely packed. I couldnt find the driver on arroval even though i asked for my number to be passed to the driver, so i took a different driver for cheaper. If your flight is late at night you can still use hotel facilities like the pool until you depart. Great thing is they have showers you can use and freshen up before going to the airport which is awesome.

Firstly, I received mixed comments when mentioning I’d booked Legian Beach Hotel. The general consensus was ‘overrated, over priced’. I must say, the room, the grounds and the location lovely and very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping, security and pool staff. Very lovely and incredibly accommodating. Unfortunately, the hospitality staff, the complete opposite. Hospitality staff at a hotel of this standard need training in hospitality and customer service. Too make customers feel welcomed. There appears to be many male managers who bark orders at female staff. The female staff immediately comply with managers orders regardless if they are serving customers. I was disappointed when on one occasion I was signing for my bill when a manager barked and order at the female staff member serving me. I completed signing and left the signed bill at the register. The staff member came running after me and asking me to recomplete as I’d written my first name shortened. A minor matter, but handled poorly. Last night I ordered room service. I started eating and heard a crunch in my mouth. Followed by blood. It was a peice of glass from the serving glass. I called reception. Explained what happened and was offered a replacement. I declined. Had lost my appetite following a mouth full of blood! I was later called by reception and advised they would need to come to my room for me to resign the bill. They would not charge for part of the food, but would the other. Today I went to the outdoor pool restaurant.
