“Makes you feel lux.”

This is the second time staying at here and it did not disappoint. The resort is spacious and grand (feels like old money) and made us feel like we had imposter syndrome. We had Lounge access which is amazing. The Lounge is visually stunning and the service top notch. Breakfast consisted of al la carte and buffet, there is an afternoon tea during the day with cocktails in the early evening. Wida and Metri in the lounge were delightful, and Metri arranged dinner at the Jimbaran Gardens Restaurant for us even advising our server Wirambuni that it was my birthday to which he organised a surprise cake and had the staff sing Happy Birthday to me. We met Dewi, the Club InterContinental Manager on our last day and she graciously offered us a late checkout so that we didn't have to go to the airport too early. This hotel looks beautiful and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a marvellous stay. All the staff were extremely attentive and courteous. The room was really spacious, very well furnished and positioned to see the sea and pretty gardens. We used the club members’ lounge which was top notch. There are daily activities organised so we participated in a massage class overlooking the sea by the skilful and pleasant Komang Sri. She also turned out to be the lady who gave me a most relaxing massage at the Spa after the jacuzzi.

“Haircut”
I had a haircut with Dewa Ayu at the intercontinental hotel in Bali, and it was one of my favourite haircuts. I wish she was in Australia! She gave the best head massage I have ever received. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is staying at the hotel or passing through.

When I went to pay for the haircut, my friend and I were warmly greeted by the other staff. They offered us some interesting and delicious herbal tea. These staff have such warm and kind nature, May God continue to bless these people !
