“Another Amazing Rock Royalty Stay at Hardrock Bali”

This is our second time staying at the resort and as always it was an amazing stay. Centrally located in Kuta - short walk to Beachwalk mall and local market/spa/restaurants. We liked our experience so we returned for the third time again in the same trip in the rock royalty room which was amazing. You definitely get treated like a rock royalty. We were disappointed that we did not get any discounts for 2nd time returning guest in the rock royalty, however overall we had an amazing experience. It started with the excellent experience from the Rock Royalty Staff, To name a few, Dessy, Rini, Rika, Doni, Yellow, Kanuat and Adit. Our check in representative- Dessy, who made the process seaming-less, excellent customer service. During our stay Dessy always checked on us to ensure that all was in order for us, definitely the rock royalty service that you deserve. All staff are lovely and the resort is super clean. Our house keeping staff- Kanuat, was amazing, he made sure that our rooms were clean and suitable for my 3 kids. He also provided additional goodies for the kids to play in the bath. Breakfast spread was decent but crowded and could do with more choices for people who do not eat beef or pork as almost all dishes had pork and beef. Pool was very good with a sand pit for kids, there is so much for kids to do, they were always busy having fun. The staff are lovely and the resort is clean overall, However the Pool area in rock royalty can do with some cleaning and maintenance. It looked quite dirty and old since we visited two years ago. Overall the property needs some ongoing maintenance and painting. The guitars at the front was a obvious omission, please bring it back asap. We all had a great time and would definitely go back and hope to get the same rock royalty treatment, even a better experience next time.

“Great resort for family”
Overall 4.5/5: Great resort for family with kids. Pool was very good with a sand pit for kids so you don’t need to go to Kuta beach (which is across the road). Centrally located in Kuta - short walk to Beachwalk mall and local mkt/spa/restaurants. Bfast spread was decent but crowded. Friendly staff with good service overall. Kids club was a bit average/needs a makeover. Rooms were ok sized and only problem we faced was damp smell in the room - they shd do smthg abt that. Overall a great stay and probably the best big family resort in Kuta.

We're so grateful for another fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Bali! This was our second visit, and we decided to try the Rock Royalty experience – it was absolutely worth it. The level of service we received from Novi, Tama, Soma and the whole Rock Royalty team was outstanding, creating a truly relaxing and indulgent holiday. We were so impressed with the extra care and attention that comes with Rock Royalty. We’d to thank Rini for a smooth and welcoming check-in. Her attention to detail, like remembering our drink orders, was truly impressive. We loved our time at Centrestage with the 99 band and a very special thank you to Yuri and the ninentynineband for creating experiences we will be grateful for always. The Rock Spa team, including List, massaged our cares away. And Splash Bistro team (thank you Indra) were attentive and provided a great dining experience. To housekeeping - thank you for your efficient service and towel animals! We loved the second turn down option at the end of the day. We had a little rain on the first 2 days, but with the umbrellas from our rooms, we didn’t let that stop us. Thank you for giving us another rockin' holiday! We can't wait to return, with Rock Royalty benefits of course!
