“Very colonial”
Very good and pleasant place to stay. can understand why they have tranquil retreats held there. The food was very good and staff courteous towards us, guard on front gate was always present just unfortunately in that area there needs to be one.

“Interesting but rustic”
The hotel is an old building with pleasant public rooms and spacious bedrooms. It's a bit rustic - four poster beds, chandeliers and so on. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food was good enough - you have to order it beforehand. It's a bit of a walk into town.
