A decent 3 star hotel very prominently situated at the Crystal Plaza just off the Mumbai-Pune highway. Offering various rooms types, the hotel is neat and clean with complimentary breakfast and newspapers delivered to the room. It has a mini fridge and the showers has hot water. All rooms are fully air conditioned with free WiFi of a fast nature. The hotel has gymnasium facilities (sadly I did not make use of it) as well as a business centre and conference and banquet hall. They have their own multi cuisine restaurant and travel centre. They also have ample secure parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

“Good experience”

The hotel is located ideally off the highway with easy access. The food is good, breakfast wholesome. The rooms are spacy and comfortable and the staff is very courteous. The hotel is value for money. The hotel may not be exceptional but good.

I recently stayed in the Hotel for three nights. The Hotel has no porch for you to get down without getting drenched, approaching reception in Monsoon. No assistance was provided even to save me getting drenched or to assist with my luggage. Strangely the reception is on second floor and the rooms on first and above. Rooms are just big enough to accommodate the double bed. And the bathroom just accommodates you. Despite its name that may confuse you, there is hardly anything provided in the room (toiletries, tea maker, shoe shiner). When i requested for a bottle of water, the room service boy asked me to pay Rs. 47 in cash! The walls were damp,TV non-functional (with a message for each channel to pay subscription immediately), the stair case was wet with flowing water and buckets were kept to catch the dripping water. While checking out at 5 am, even a cup of tea was not available. The breakfast buffet was so cheap that it should not be even proclaimed as buffet. NO OPTION for fruits, or anything. They would put some puri bhaaji, papaya and name it a buffet. The name should not confuse you, as it is like a regular Lodge. However the location is good, surrounded by eateries and shops.

“Average hotel”

Don't get confused by the name. Its an average budget hotel in Kharghar. Location is very good and convenient for all for business or any other purpose if one can't get a better place. Staff and food is good. Room was ok for a night.
