“Staycation in Shalimar”
Had stayed in the hotel for a night had a amazing stay. Excellent team they have here. Starting from there housekeeping to Reception. Supper helpful. I often stay at The Shalimar hotel and I find the rooms and amenities very comfortable. Staff is also courteous and prompt in service. I like the boutique concept of differently designed rooms. Really nice stay. I was in a suite which was based on the lovely town of Pondicherry. I have been to Pondicherry and really love that small town. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as it claims online. Its 2.5-3 star. You would only stay here for the location otherwise there is nothing great about the place.
