Comfortable is how I would describe my long stay in Mercy Hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and kept clean by the housekeeping staff- Akhila, Maggie and another lady. We chose Mercy because it was the closest to the VFS Schengen Office; in fact, just across the road but unfortunately there was a divider which made the crossing difficult. Stayed here 10 days. Excellent service, though faced a few problems in the beginning. They were all ironed out. Good housekeeping, clean laundry. Well looked after by Akhila and Maggie. “Not that luxury tho.”
I only booked this as i wanted to be closer to the city for my next day visit to fort kochi and jews area. Will avoid this in future as this look like a ran down hotel from the past. This is not close to luxury and was covered with dust. More maintenance needed and please ensure proper cleanlines… more
