“Good choice”
location is best and if you get a sea view room then nothing like it. Opt only sea view room. food is very good specially local cuisine. cleanliness and service is average. but over all stay is comfortable.

“Good view but loudspeaker noise issue in the early morning”
It's in an excellent location with room windows facing sea, Vivekanand Rock Memorial and Thiruvallvur statue. Rest of the attractions except sunset point are in the walking distance. “Wi-Fi not working proplery. Milk sachets are finished and not provided on check in. Compelled to order coffee.”
Today being first day not feeling good, as Wi-Fi not working, milk sachets not provided, on enquiry they said they r finished. Was compelled to order coffee. Not a good experience on check in. Let’s wait for the 2nd day. Hope they get their act together.
