Neelam the grand Hotel - has the best service and also the food is awesome, location is also very good near by calangute beach Also front desk people like neha madam and hafizul are very co operatives And there was everyday some event which kept us enthusiastic

I really enjoyed my stay at Neelam’s, the Grand. The atmosphere was really warm and friendly, in no small part due to the staff who were smiley and helpful. I particularly appreciated whoever cooked me a really good kitchari when I was unwell – and that it was complimentary. Ajeet , who brought it to me, remembered to ask me how I was the next day. The lady who cooked my breakfast dosa (which was lovely) gave me some expert advice for when I attempt to make them myself. The hotel is located in a really noisy part of Calangute (maybe all of Calangute is noisy) and feels like an oasis with palms, a pool and a spa.

Nice rooms with good room service. Visiting second time in 6 months and totally loved it. Neha with other staff in front office helped me during checkout which was very smooth. This property is located in the heart of North Goa - Calangute. Great experience. Very much recommended.

Our friend booked this hotel for a group of 7. We had an issue with thebrooks on arrival, 2 deluxe rooms with balcony or terrace. No balcony or terrace. The 3rd room was a family room for 3 adults. This had a double bed, and a fold down sofa bed. Rooms were sorted over the next 2 days, and from then on, our stay was really good. Breakfast was OK, mainly indian food, with the options for us being Omelette, fried eggs, toast, limited cereal & fruit, that was fine. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful at all times. We often ate in the area outside by the pool, from the menu, and all food was really good and tasty. Food and drink at hotel was cheap enough. Good central locations, if thsts what you want. We got taxis /tuk tuls to Calangute & Baga beach, which between party of 4 & 3 were cheap. Not many sunbeds if you want to be around the pool, but we always managed to get some if we were staying on site. Room was clean and functional and cleaned daily. The hotel holds functions, conferences for business etc, but this did not really impact us at all, except that there were sometimes large groups around the reception areas. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Neelams.
