“Great Customer Service and Facilities”
Excellent choice of stay for few days with friendly helpful staff, variety of tasty food and specious comfortable room with all amenities. Special appreciation to Rebika from HK team and for her helpful service. Came as a group and we all had a pleasant stay.

Except for the worst check in experience everything else is excellent. Inspite of having a confirmed online booking confirmation which was reconfirmed from the hotel, I was bluntly told that all rooms sold out when I reached at 3.30 early in the morning. I had the worst check in experience. In spite of a confirmed booking, when I reached the hotel at 3.30AM, I was bluntly and shamelessly told that all rooms are sold out. After a big fight, surprisingly, he allotted me the room. Except this, everything was excellent
