“Appreciating Ahmed service”
Ahmed from the front desk helped us a lot. He was very cordial , helpful and polite. We had to extend our stay for 2 days and all rooms were sold out. The manager also told us that it’s sold out. “Was good .. now sub-standard”
Downward spiral in terms of quality. Bathrooms are abysmally poor conditions. Saving grace is the room service and breakfast. Front office needs a reality check. Staff are good but I think management is not giving proper authority to staff to provide good service.
