Hotel is situated in a good location with food outlets nearby.Breakfast was good with sufficient array of food.Service was excellent. Reception staff were polite and helpful.Auto service was available outside the hotel.The hotel is being undergoing renovation and hence facilities like gym and swimming pool were not available.Room service, cleaning and laundry were good.In general worth for the money. Strongly recommended for travellers looking for a stay at a reasonable price

“Not the friendliest Hotel”

The 1st thing that greets you at the hotel is the renovation work n and some noise if you don't mind that, then it just a OK place for a few days stay. The 1st thing that greets you at the hotel is the renovation work n and some noise if you don't mind that, then it just a OK place for a few days stay. The staff are Not the friendliest and hardly smile except for 1 lady at the counter who was a bit more customer focused Breakfast was the usual south indian variety so if you are looking for international mix there are non. the staff at the breakfast area are more interested to chat among themself rather then helping the guest There are not many eating places nearby .

The hotel is under renovation at the moment which will impact the experience. The reception staff are not the friendliest but the other staff were always willing to assist. The rooms and bathroom are clean however, our hotel room was one of the few rooms that you can use on the floor as the other rooms were being renovated or being used to store paint/equipment. There are not many eating places that are near so we ordered room service for 3 nights and the food was delicious. Surprisingly, they kept insisting that we eat in the hotel room rather than come down for dinner even though the restaurant was quite neat and being used to serve breakfast. The breakfast was basic with traditional south Indian food. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotel except for the reception area. There were many people seated at reception to use this facility. Overall, an average experience but the renovations currently underway in the hotel are an important consideration if you attend in the near future.
