The building is surprising from the outside but our unit 204 was nice, clean and well complimented. Secure door access to building and rooms. “fine for the money”
it was ok, a last resort. water smelt funny like egg and we thought it was the drain but then we found out that hot water in iceland is heated geothermally and the egg smell is sulfur, so we were relieved! the electricity blew completely on christmas day but people were sent out in around 5 mins wh… more

“Better inside than from outside ”
The apparent building looks rundown from outside but the flat was actually quite nice. Basic but good value for money especially for young travellers on a budget. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It could be a really good place with some investment
