The hotel is located right on the beach. Close to the city , but just far enough to keep the place calm and quiet. There are big green spaces , gardens , not only with the beach . The pools and wellness are excellent . The children animation is satisfactory. They have good buffet restaurant and good a la cart restaurant as well. The bars and spaces are perfect for the adults. Not mentioning the bowling and other amusement facilities The only issue with the place is the outside grill Terrace where the staff is miserable. Their boss is a kid, so you even cannot claim :(

Travelled as 2 couples, one lesbian couple in their 30s, and one older straight couple in their mid 50s. We stayed for 4 days. We prefer calm surroundings and 5* hotels. As a lesbian couple, we were wary how we will be accepted, but everyone was friendly and we felt safe in the hotel. The staff had to get me someone who speaks English, they only speak German and Hungarian. Beware, this is mostly hotel for families, which means more children than adults. If you prefer silence, opt for the VIP section of the hotel. We travelled in April, the outside water park was not working yet (which we knew about), so we can't speak about that. The inside pools are amazing, There are 4 jacuzzis with 38-40°C. Perfect. The hotel is old, but everything is working and functioning. The bathrooms would use renovations, but the location is just perfect, and the service was not bad either. You are in the city centre, but the hotel is on the beach, which means you don't hear cars and the loud noises from the city life, just the tourists having fun. The beds are 6/10, the bathrooms 4/10, the service and staff 9/10, the food 5/10, the pools 11/10, he location 10/10. The price 9/10, cheap for good experience. I do recomend this hotel for the water park, not for the hotel rooms. I might come back, but only off-season.
