“where guest is in focus”
We stayed over 2 nights in the hotel having breakfast and dinner there too. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, paying attention to our needs. the spa was clean and very well equipped. we could even use it after checking out. “Complete satisfaction!”
Hotel is in a quiet location with a nice view, close to center of Hevíz, rooms comfortable and very clean. Receptionists can speak English ;-) Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent. “Outdated hotel, no 4 stars”
This is an outdated hotel and not 4 stars worth. The price is low including breakfast and dinner. The food is simple and nothing special. Very bad / no wifi in the room. Very very old TV, you cannot stream anything on. The wellness is OK, but the water can be warmer.

“Back to 90's”
We spent here two nights. This hotel was built around the 60's-70's as a company hotel in the socialism era which was reconstructed and refurnished in the 90's and made some changes but example the bathroom door and handle is still from the 70's :). “Could be much much better”
The hotel has nice rooms and is not expensive for Heviz, but that's about it. It is not clean, the dishes were super dirty (glasses, spoons), food is tasteless, you can hear the neighbours etc. Nice pool though.
