“It's not the issue - its how its handled”
It's not the issue - its how its handled. Had several issues with the hotel. So spoke to the manageress, who fixed the issues (there were lots) as quickly as she could. We appreciated that, and were very happy with the outcome. Also Felix on reception was just superb. can't fault his manner and… more

“great facilities”
really nice hotel, great facilities, the reason for marking only 4 is some of the cleaning not up to scratch , I was there for 10 days and they had not once hovered my room , juts usually changed the towels, most days they didn't even give me clean cups, and i always had to ask for water and coffee… more
really nice hotel, great facilities, the reason for marking only 4 is some of the cleaning not up to scratch , I was there for 10 days and they had not once hovered my room , juts usually changed the towels, most days they didn't even give me clean cups, and i always had to ask for water and coffee capsules after 2-3 days they juts didn't bring them which was included in the premium room that i had . Otherwise people are really nice and the faciliti4es great with spa, 2 warm water pool and one swimming and the jacuzzi , massage facilities and a gym open from 6am-10PM which is great. Food in the bar on the evening nothing special, i preferred to eat elsewhere, breakfast has a lot to offer, there was everything. I was suppressed by the 14 Euro daily parking charge even if you stayed in the hotel. I thought that was a lot for a staying guest. However I would stay again as the facilities were great and close to transport Metro and trams and buses.

“More 3 than 4 Star….”
Well - I have arrived in the middle of the night after a long and delayed flight…. I did ask for a nice room with a nice view as I have planned to stay for 10d… unfortunately I have ended up on the 1st floor with a view to the parking lot. No balcony… Hotel needs definitely a make over… it‘s used a… more

I did ask for a nice room with a nice view as I have planned to stay for 10d… unfortunately I have ended up on the 1st floor with a view to the parking lot. No balcony… Hotel needs definitely a make over… it‘s used and needs to be renovated. Staff is very friendly and I haven’t tried facilities and breakfast as I have changed the hotel after 2 nights. The area is not so central (but I didn’t deduct points for that)….

Good location very close to the suburban railway and bus stops which connect to Buda & Pest. Also there’s an excellent restaurant nearby serving traditional Hungarian cuisine. The staff are generally helpful and there are good varieties of food on offer for breakfast. The general condition of the hotel requires some attention e.g. shower holder, curtains…the room make-up services need improvement as dirty cups weren’t replaced and tissue box was left empty.
