“Ignore the moaners”

I loved my stay. Whilst I agree possibly not 4 star, it's certainly much better that others have said. I loved my stay. Whilst I agree possibly not 4 star, it's certainly much better that others have said. So what if there isn't tea/coffee making facilities, it's a base for exploring this fantastic city. Room was clean and comfortable. Good bar, and breakfast really tasty with plenty of choice. Area around hotel was fine. Utter nonsense about it being like a homeless shelter. As for being out the way, these whingers obviously don't until public transport. Metro station near by. This city has fabulous and cheap public transport system. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“Very unprofessionally run establishment.”

We weren’t impressed by this hotel at all! We were on the 3rd floor. The beds were uncomfortable and quite low . We weren’t impressed by this hotel at all! We were on the 3rd floor. The beds were uncomfortable and quite low . The furniture was all a bit ‘ tired ‘ and the shower looked like it could do with a good clean. There was a glass partition separating the shower from the bedroom. There was a roller blind on the bedroom side that had several stains or marks on it that provided privacy whilst in the shower. There was a mini bar in the room but we didn’t use it.. Breakfast was buffet style and there was adequate choice. It was difficult to differentiate between staff and guests as they all seemed to have black jeans and T-shirts on. We encountered cleaning staff on more than one occasion as we got out of the lift on our floor. They seemed to park all their trolleys etc immediately outside the lifts . They too looked like they’d been found in the street and offered a couple of hours work , dressed in T-shirts, tracksuit bottoms and trainers. In the foyer/bar area it looked like there had at one time been 3 TV’s on the wall . All that remained were the brackets that the TV’s used to be on and the electrical sockets . I’d hazard a guess that this hotel won’t be open much longer . I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

“Good with some cleaning issues”

We stayed during 4 nights. Very good location, very easy to take metro to the city center. One day we returned to our room in the evening and found it as we left in the morning. At the reception the only thing they could do was to give a few clean towels. Good breakfast.

“Well disappointed”

Book as 4**** is a out of dated 3 *** with a urgent need of refurbishing everything is shabby including some of the staff, B/fast very average . This hotel was sold to us by a London agency big mistake well over charge the most inexplicable thing it was recommended by Travel Zoo Uk , never again

The hotel was organised by my husband so i didnt read the reviews until the day of travel so i was apprehensive about staying at this hotel, however, it was better than expected. The room was clean and in good decorative order. The staff at reception were friendly and spoke good english. The breakfast was plentiful and the food fresh. They had english breakfast tea as well. The location is good for the metro and the sightseeing bus. Only two negatives, the towels were thin and crispy and the bar closed at 10pm.
