When we arrived we had a nice welcome from a tall gentleman at the reception desk who informed us about everything and even gave us an upgrade. “Room problem unsolved room 313”
A very average hotel, room needs a deep clean in the bathroom, broken chair on our balcony & invasion of ants on the top in the main room under the t.v. Reported but staff not at all helpful. Asked for a complaints form to be told non available, email hotel which I have and no response
