“Holiday”
You need to get a better toaster more consistant, also after waiting 10 minutes to get a brown piece of toast, getting my juice then getting my food when I returned to the table the staff had removed both toast and juice,very frustrating, I had to start all over again!

“Bin and laundry collections - poor sleep”
Hotel was good in nearly category.. breakfast fine / adequate , staff very good . Very clean and well maintained and well situated. Bed very comfy . Poor cleaning service, one bed was "made" just straightened, the other one was not, the pillows were left on the floor, they barely took the trash out of the bathroom.
