“Deserved 5*”
Had an amazing stay at InterContinental Budapest with my partner! The hotel was spotless, with great facilities and friendly staff who surprised us with champagne for our anniversary. The night time river views were breathtaking. A perfect romantic getaway!

“Perfect place!”
What a perfect location! We loved every minute here. Despite the cold weather outside we marvelled the amazing view of Budapest from our room and from the lobby all the time. Nice and clean room, comfortable beds, we will definitely come back!

“Nice stay at the hotel”
The hotel is rated 4.5 stars and he is more then that. the service is great, the location of the hotel is great., the breakfast is great and even the bed is one of the best. Great stay and I will return for sure. The staff of the hotel tries to solve any problem that occur during our stay

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff throughout. We booked a suite facing the Danube and the view was stunning - definitely recommend booking a river view room. The room itself was a little dated décor-wise, but was well appointed with nice touches such as a Nespresso machine, mini-fridge and complimentary water. The floor-to-ceiling windows afforded an amazing view from the room, although sadly, they cannot be opened so photography is very tricky. The bed was super-comfy and we slept really well. The biggest downside is the bathroom, which is absolutely tiny, especially given the size of the suite (bedroom and large lounge area) and the rooms desperately need the bathrooms expanding. For a five star hotel, it really lets the room down and is the reason for giving four stars instead of five. The hotel is in a UNESCO status building so the outside looks like a 1960s/70s concrete block, but the inside public areas are well maintained and appear very luxurious. We especially appreciated the Club Lounge and the service we received there. Breakfasts were excellent - always plenty of each item available and good quality.
