“Don't believe all the negative reviews.”
I was here in June and heading back for another week in August. Great location,friendly staff, cleaners in every day with fresh towels, only thing missing was a kettle and I'm told that's coming soon. we were at the front looking out at the bridge and as long as the windows are closed it's quiet.

This hotel was perfectly fine for a city break. The staff we encountered at check in and check out (2am both times) were pleasant and had very good English.
