“Location and Fausto <3”
this place is all about 2 things. Location,location,location. we had 2 days without taxi because of this.we were 4 days in Rome. Fausto,Fausto,Fausto. Even 3-4 days before arrival Fausto texted us to check up on us due to our late late arrival. after that i put a lot into his hands. transport both … more

Even 3-4 days before arrival Fausto texted us to check up on us due to our late late arrival. after that i put a lot into his hands. transport both ways. organizing Lazio-Juventus tickets(used 1 hour cause the system was down). answering questions at all times when i had some. Rooms are good and same is bathroom. shower a bit small,but good power. Good housecleaning. Breakfast is around the corner in a local cafe/bar and the quality on everthing there was superb. i would come back and stay here.

“Location, Location, Clean!”
Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 28 y/o son and stayed in the large, front room. Plenty of space for 3 nights. Bathroom was huge. Location was a block from the Vatican. Good restaurants nearby out of the tourist area. We felt more like residents than tou… more
Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 28 y/o son and stayed in the large, front room. Plenty of space for 3 nights. Bathroom was huge. Location was a block from the Vatican. Good restaurants nearby out of the tourist area. We felt more like residents than tourists! Coffee/tea is available in the kitchen at any time. Water bottles were replenished every day. Bed was extremely comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was an interesting small hotel just down the street from St. Peter's Basilica. It was a comfortable room and the location was ideal for visiting the sights of Rome. This was an interesting small hotel just down the street from St. Peter's Basilica. It was a comfortable room and the location was ideal for visiting the sights of Rome. I can't really comment on the staff since I only saw them a couple of times during our stay but they were very accommodating when we did see them. We never took advantage of the technically free breakfast since it was not really in a convenient location a couple of blocks away. One downside was that it was located close to a main hospital which had ambulances arriving all day and night with sirens blaring, I would stay here again, though.
