“Lovely staff”
I booked to make my move easier as the location was very convenient (just in general too!) I had a delivery to my new place the morning of the checkout that got mishandled. “Beautiful Utrecht”
The Hotel was being renovated which caused some sleep quality issues. They did leave out earplugs but it didn't help much. Not a lot they can do about the noise of a generator on the scaffolding during the night. But other than that the hotel was very good and in an excellent location in beautiful … more

“Great hotel”
Location was perfect 🤩 short walk from railway station, good size room and all the nice places in 2 minutes walk ☀️🍂🍁 You can make morning coffee and tea in your room and wake up for gentle church bells 🔔 Hotel was quiet enough - our room was on the street side.

“Good location, but basic”
We arrived at 5pm only to be told that our room wasn't yet ready. Check in should have been available from 3pm. We had to wait another half hour while they cleaned the room. The decor in the room was quite nice, but the sheets on our bed were dirty.
