“Best hotel ever in Rotterdam!”

“Pre-cruise stay”
The checkin clerk was exceptional. Guusije was extremely friendly and gave us suggestions where we could eat. The room was spacious, ckean and with a very comfortable bed. “Check everything if is working good before you accept client”
We experienced the card doesn’t read to open the door ..disappointed because we have to wait until the battery of door was changed to read the card. Next time please Check everything is working so the customer’s no need wait or transfer in other room to make easy
