“Pleasant trip in Rotterdam”
Good day, We already knew the NHOW hotel. We visited as couple Frankfurt NHOW in August 2024. As expected the service level is on top niveau. The staff is well trained and giving you a warm feeling. “Not as expected”
I’ve previously stayed at nhow hotels and this was the worst stay so far due to the room. Room was small and had a lot of flaws. The shower is see through and there is no seperate bathroom. “Check everything if is working good before you accept client”
We experienced the card doesn’t read to open the door ..disappointed because we have to wait until the battery of door was changed to read the card. Next time please Check everything is working so the customer’s no need wait or transfer in other room to make easy
