“The visit”
The staff where AMAZING. The only thing was there was a tray outside the room next door for 2 days and on the second night got a visit from a mice. I let the staff know and they changed our room and the room they changed me to had dried yellow urine all over the toilet floor agin told the staff and… more
The staff where AMAZING. The only thing was there was a tray outside the room next door for 2 days and on the second night got a visit from a mice. I let the staff know and they changed our room and the room they changed me to had dried yellow urine all over the toilet floor agin told the staff and they was amazing they changed the room despite them not ceaning my room for two days lol it was an amazing stay

“Perfect city hotel”
We went to the theater and shops and had a nice diner. All in max. 400mtr. Perfect room with a view and bath. Also a good breakfast. Trainstation is on walking distance.

The purpose of my stay in the hotel was a family visit in Rotterdam and surrounding. The Atlanta hotel more then suitable because the hotel itself is very good and not expensive' but also situated near all types of public transport, trams, buses, metro, trains (about 25 min. by fast train to Schiphol), even watertaxis on the river to many places. Atlanta is situated in the middle of the center of beautiful Rotterdam with an endless amount of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cultural buildings etc. A worthful stay, I was there the fourth time now.

I’ve read the reviews before booking my stay. Some of the negative feedbacks can be worrying but I still booked because of the hotel’s location. What I liked about NH Atlanta Hotel: Spacious and airy room, very clean, most amazing pillows, superking sized bed which is so comfortable, very quiet (ask for top floor, back of the hotel), good sized bathroom with hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, fluffy towels. The safe and secured luggage storage service. The staff are gold! Welcoming, helpful, polite, and friendly. I would have rated it 5 if the shower flow is good. But don’t let this small issue deter you from booking this hotel. What I didn’t like: Having to get out of bed at 8:45 because we got timetable to adhere to so we can make the most of our visit to Rotterdam.
