“Good location in Amsterdam!”

We decided to stay here for a few days as we explored Amsterdam. The location was super - really close to the metro and tram stations. The staff were generally quite friendly, and breakfast was super! Our room was quite comfortable and we were so happy to have a coffee maker in the room. I LOVED the Rituals bath and body products, which showed that the hotel takes the extra step to make their guests feel so welcome!

“OK but restaurant lets it down.”
Overall OK but don't eat in the restaurant. The service is terrible and the food poor quality. Some of the staff, mainly in reception were good, but the bar and restaurant staff weren't good. Kitchen was completely overwhelmed and it felt like a first night opening.
