Nice and clean rooms, helpful and enthusiastic front desk, supermarkets, pharmacy, ferry in the vicinity. Lovely Bar in the hotel

“Great place to stay.”
Great hotel. Ms Raabia is wonderful and the entire staff is always very helpful! The sandwich counter is great for a quick bite. The NH Noord location is close to Centraal Station but yet offers great biking outside the city just minutes away with the bikes they have available.

“Beyond expectations”
Amazing attention from staff, specially front desk helping us beyond the ordinary (not sure about the name as month have passed, Priya?). Great room, ferry transportation, definitely would be back. Not to far from the ferry but it was very helpful the van on rainy days

Friendly staff, clean hotel, free van service to the ferry. I would stay again and recommend to others visiting Amsterdam. The room was a good size for 2 people and the bathroom was nice. “Great room but bed and pillows uncomfortable”
The hotel was great in terms of location, room size and service but the bed was hard and pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable. I was there for 4 days so sleep was an issue.
