Thank you for the prompt services/ respond to my requests during my recent stay in Inntel hotel in October 2024. This is not my first time in the hotel as i am used to stay over and over in the unique Inntel hotel Amsterdam. The room was so nice cozy and warm even though there was a renovation activities in the hotel i have not experienced any disturbance nor discomfort , design is modern and breakfast was yumi. There is no doubt that hotel staff are so attentive and professional, specially the guys behind the service desk Mousa and Ali for their service, help and time dedicated for guests. Thank u for being my favourite hotel in Amsterdam and looking forward to stay again.

Stayed at Inntel hotel Amsterdam city Center for 4 nights arriving on a Monday departing on a Friday. Great location less than a 10 minute walk from the station. Lovely clean hotel and very friendly staff, every staff member we walked past said hello to us and was smiling. We went for breakfast included with our stay which I would 100% recommend. Plenty of choice available as well as some hot food like eggs, hash browns, beans and bacon. Juices and a lovely coffee machine. Also saves having to buy another meal out. Room was basic but very clean and the heater worked well to warm the room. Not a great deal of space for storage but it was just enough. Would recommend and stay again ourselves.

Second time here and as before, comfortable and clean. As to be expected in the centre of Amsterdam, a very small room but it serves its purpose. I preferred the room I had on my first stay earlier in the year, as it was in the front building (it’s two buildings, connected by a bridge) and had a normal bathroom with actual light switches. This room had a glass sliding door and motion activated lights. That meant they took ages to turn off again (thankfully I had an eye mask). Perfectly fine breakfast.
