“Amazing staff”
The hotel itself is basic but has everything you'd need. The cleaners come everyday and I had no bad experience with the hotel or room. The thing that made this hotel 5* was the staff, in particular Stephanie. After an issue with my dad, they were all so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure both of us were okay. Thank you all so much!

Really safe building , also had a communal area with coffee machine and seating area and balcony. Our room was next to the check in desk had a balcony also and of course steep steps are to be expected in any Dutch building that was no problem at all. Location fantastic. Staff were lovley we was checked in by anima who was really nice :) don’t belive everything you read if you want a cheap hotel to smoke maryjaneon the balcony this is the place :)

Honestly was a little worried at first after reading a few people report unfriendly staff or bed bugs. However we've had the absolute best time here, it's got the bare necessities but feels comfortable and cosy and really close to everything. Bed was made and new towels given daily which was nice surprise as we didn't expect for a 2 star hotel but was lovely. The bathroom is a little outdated but has what you need However our bathroom did have an issue with smelly drains but wasn't dirty, very clean and tidy. There are few bits of Ware and tear around but nothing to worry about, if your facing the street it can sound like the window is open even if it's closed you will hear most things from outside but all public transport stops around midnight and after the 1st night you just get use to it. The staff are very nice and welcoming don't be afraid to approach them and ask for anything. The bed is extremely comfy and I didn't want to get out most mornings, the room is small but it's literally just somewhere to sleep and wash as most days we were out and about. However this hotel is not accessible are no lifts or aids for those who can't do stairs, these stairs are very steep and feel like a hike, although gets your steps in for the day. But best hotel I've stayed in on a budget, and it's close to everything, there are trams every where, the train station is about 20 mins walk or 5 min Tram.
