Wonderful find very close to Amsterdam Central station, so handy for us as we were using night trains and Eurostar. Wonderful find very close to Amsterdam Central station, so handy for us as we were using night trains and Eurostar. Clean comfortable room, lovely breakfast included tea and coffee available free in common area. Staff there were the most welcoming and helpful I have had in any hotel, nothing was too much trouble. My son loved the train theme. Would definitely stay again!

What a gem of a hotel!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was always tasty, I loved the melon and the fruit toast. What a gem of a hotel!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was always tasty, I loved the melon and the fruit toast. After a day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and have a hot chocolate. We left on Valentine's Day and the eating area had been decorated with strung hearts and napkins with hearts in them - lovely touch, we even got a present of chocolate that would have been left on our pillows had we been staying another night. Great hotel, fabulous staff!!

Arrived just after midday and my room wasn't quite ready. The staff were very helpful and friendly, took my bag for safe keeping, showed me where the Coffee Machine was in the lounge area. Arrived just after midday and my room wasn't quite ready. The staff were very helpful and friendly, took my bag for safe keeping, showed me where the Coffee Machine was in the lounge area. Came back A couple of hours later and went up to my allocated room. Couldn't fault it, and as it was as the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. Room cleaned daily if required Breakfast was very good. Lift to all floors This has to be the best hotel that I've stayed in, in the Netherlands, really can't fault it at all. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

“A train . A rating .first class .”
Brilliantly friendly little hotel . Clean and in the perfect location. Will be back without doubt. Breakfast was superb . The staff could not do enough for you. Jay at reception is worth a note as well as the breakfast lady who makes sure all is in order and super helpful 👍🏻
