“Excellent Service”
Amazing breakfast served with the greatest customer service!!! Everything is very clean and great conditions of the rooms and the hotel!!! The hotel is closed to any type of restaurant, stores, banks and more

“The first night in the great country Guatemala”
We were a family of 4, and we got the first night in Guatemala in Pan America. We were so satisfied with the hotel, we had two rooms beside each other, and it was cosy. “Nice hotel and authentic food”
This is a really nice hotel. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast and papaya juice. It is located in the heart of Guatemala City, which is vibrant and bustling. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is good. I would stay here again for a future visit to Guatemala.

Great food and spacious basic rooms in the heart of the city. Food was slow at breakfast due to large groups. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the noise from the street was noticable.
