“Beautiful and Comfortable”
Easy to shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful. It is the most comfortable trip I have had to Guatemala City yet. Would recommend to anyone.

“Lovely downtown oasis”
This hotel was very reasonably priced. The rooms very clean and spacious, an amazing breakfast buffet, reliable wifi and extremely helpful and kind staff. If I return to Guatemala City in the future, I will definitely stay here.

“Good stay”
A nice hotel, as you would expect from a Barceló, unfortunately they did not respond to my emails asking about the shuttle so I got an uber from the airport, not an issue as it cost literally pennies as it’s so close by ! “Thumbs Up!”
Checking in was quite a wait. Front desk staff seem to be pre-occupied with conversational topics amongst themselves. There's already a line and yet no necessity to speed up the process.
