“Renovated and upgraded”

I have stayed last year before the renovation and i was amazed by the views. I went again this year and I have to say the place is upgraded, it's a true luxury resort with royal class facilities and services. It is located in one of the best spots in the Athenian Riviera away from the busy center.

The ROC club is newly renovated at Vouliagmeni Suites and it was wonderful to see the beautiful hotel property freshly updated. I just spent a week there. The pool is magnificent and the morning breakfast delicious. Also enjoyed dining there for dinner which was very nice. *ALL* the staff go out of their way to make sure you have what you want the way you want it! Cannot stress enough how truly focused they are on your comfort and requests!Extremely responsive, respectful and kind. From Maitre’d Γιωργο, Κυριε ΓΙΑΝΝΗ and servers Katia, Eugenia and Zoe. And at the pool Jason/Ιάσονας! Thank you to the F&B manager Konstantinos and Hotel Manager Nikitas Toulias. I did not get everyone’s names - even the housekeeping was amazing, helpful and kind! Service was 5 stars. Coming back in September and so excited as the rooftop restaurant was not yet opened and it sounds amazing. Hope your Athens trip includes Vouliagmeni- then your hotel should be this one!

I had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at this fabulous hotel after having a site inspection. As part of the Grecotel group the hotel offers the best service and hospitality from its staff. They cannot do enough for you. It's a 4 floor boutique hotel and a shot walk to the beach. Tastefully decorated. The rooms are lovely and all has just been refurbished so it's lovely and fresh. We had an amazing lunch in the restaurant and then spent the afternoon by the lovely pool. It's only 45 minutes by taxi and 30 euros to get into Athens so perfect if you want to visit but not stay in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the entrance to the hotel slightly horrified to see a large open garage style storage area housing unused items from the hotel - most underwhelming. However the reception area was nice , the welcome decent and a welcome drink forthcoming .. Room not ready which is fair enough (it was midday) but whilst waiting in the reception area an overweight guest waddles past without a shirt on slightly lowers the tone, and delivery van drivers pulling up outside and walking into the reception area - surely there’s a service entrance (possibly the above mentioned garage / storage area??) The room was decent , minimalist , clean and functional but certainly no real wow factor. A full size mirror behind the hanging space and a lack of wardrobe storage space show it hasn’t been thought out properly. The minibar was on the floor..! The balcony had functional chairs but the view was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff worked hard and were good. The pool area was nice but slightly lacked atmosphere - serving coffee in paper cups is definitely a no no .. & the music left a lot to be desired with the same songs playing 5 times a day on a loop .. It maybe less than half the price of the Four Seasons across the bay , but at €800 a night for a mid-category room it is by no means cheap .. It needs a little than it currently offers. Saying that , would I go back? Definitely.
