It was a great stay. The hotel is a unique jewel on this island which we have visited for the first time. It is located directly at the beach and is offering a plenty of pools to swim as well as the beach direct at the hotel. The staff is always very gentle, helpful and always tried to make your visit unforgettable. We were traveling early october so we had nice weather. We got an unexpected upgrade to a fantastic room with terrace and private pool access which we did not ask for, but this was offered from the hotel to us as free upgrade. So maybe you are also lucky when checking in. At the arrival day we were welcomed very warm and felt welcome from the very first minute. The food (we have booked breakfast and dinner) was served as buffet and was very delicous and had a good variety. Especially the Greek dishes were very tasty. The hotel also offers a spa which we did not use, but looked very clean and offered a great variety of treatments. In the evening some entertainment events were offered such as „Greek night“ or DJ Evening with a belly dancer. You can attend but dont have to. We also booked a car for 2 days drivin around the island which was also a great experience. There are several beaches which you can visit of course the villages who offer a great variety of bars, restaurants, taverns and shops. We were a bit late in the year (early october) and some were closed already but we found some open and there the people were also very kind. All in all ….. it was a great vacation trip, the hotel „Blue Dream Palace“ is really a good decision and a real 5 star resort and the island „Thassos“ is also a green jewel in the blue Greek sea.

“Great place to stay in all Thassos”

It was a wonderful experience! I am a celiac and had absolutely delicious gluten free meals! We will be bringing the kids with us next time we come here. We attended a wedding here and it was one of the most fun weddings we went to. Great weather in october, had a nice bath. Totally recommend this … more

“The hotel lives up to the name”

Just got back from a 2 week stay at the Blue Dream Palace having travelled with my elderly Father. The hotel lives up to the name it is a palace and an absolute dream. We were greeted by the beautiful Elena with a hot towel to refresh ourselves after a long journey and a cocktail. She tooks out outside and the views were breath taking. The Room - The room was quite spacious with and amazing bathroom soft comfortable beds and an amazing sea view, only down side I'd say was the storage space we made do but it was quite limited. We had a slight issue with the light on the balcony not working but when this was escalated to the reception it was resolved within minutes. The Pool - The was amazing Sun Beds in the pool (did come at a charge of €10 but you got 2 drinks with it) theres plenty to go around. Sunbeds were really comfortable as well. The pool bar (The Blu Bar) - wide selection of drinks and snack type food, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, big Shout out to Stamitis the bar manager would but then football on for us and made sure we had a seat right in front of the Telly. Linda who constantly walked around the pool to make sure everyone had what they needed and have took charge during a busy night in the bar to ensure that everyone was getting served very hard working and professional young lady, Ευχαριστώ Linda ❤. The lovely Xrysa who greeted us every morning by bringing us an Ashtray and 2 Coke's with Ice and Lemon very nice girl very friendly and always had a smile on her face and a spring in her step. Thank you Stamatis Linda and Xrysa for looking after us xx. The Beach - was beautiful but abit stoney and the Sea gets deep quick so be careful when going for a dip. The Taverna (Meltemi) - Very spacious food good to perfection although very limited selection of traditional Greek cuisine. The Main Restaurant ( Thasos) - breakfast and dinner Buffet style plenty of selection but again limited selection of Greek cuisine but all cooked to perfection always warm, Shout out to the Cup of tea lady we always welcomed me and even had my cup of tea ready for me as I walked very polite. Also to Nektarios very friendly waiter who work both in the Restaurant and Taverna cheeky lad and a huge football fan along with his brother Yanis (who worked in the Lobby Bar) Forsa Ikara. The Lobby Bar - so peaceful and relaxing Yanis the barman (ο καλύτερος μπάρμαν στη Θάσο) always cheer full and friendly and actually got to know him and his brother Nektarios quite well. Νεκτάριος και Γιάννης Σύντομα και πάλι σύντομα φίλοι μου The cleaners also worked very hard and were every thorough. We also had the privilege of witnessing 4 Greek wedding during our stay which as a joy to watch and experience with all the dancing and fireworks and everyone having fun. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you to all the staff at this amazing Hotel for not only making us feel welcome and enjoying our holiday but for treating us like family Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ ❤❤❤
