This hotel is such a dream! The pool is amazing and the service is unmatched. Dessi in guest services is so wonderful and incredibly helpful. Her positive vibes and excitement for her work made our time that much more enjoyable. My boyfriend and I will definitely be coming back soon 🥰

Cleanliness was up to par. The staff was kind and smiling. There is entertainment for both children and adults. The food was delicious and varied. The pools were clean and at the right temperature. Every day the rooms were cleaned and stocked with essentials if needed. We will visit the hotel again.

This is a nice hotel as it seems in the photos. It is really clean especially the room cleaning was excellent. The worst thing was the internet connection, it is terribly bad if it is important for you. Amenities are fair, breakfast is really good and the hotel restaurant is really clean. Beach and pools were great and relaxing. It is a little expensive compared to Greece but it may because of my last minute booking.

This is a great hotel on a beautiful island. You will have a lovely time. The hotel, including the rooms, is kept spotlessly clean. All staff are hard-working & smiling. Well done to whoever is recruiting & training people. Food & Drink: The food in the main dining room is fairly good. It’s hard to cater for so many different nationalities I think. (We loved that there weren’t many other English people there). The man in charge in the dining room really did manage things incredibly carefully. I would have LOVED ice cream as an option for pudding. I would say cut down the number of puddings you offer and add in ice cream. The packed breakfast on departure was appreciated. I’d say they needed more staff or better organisation at meltemi on Greek night as it took 45 minutes to get our drinks and order taken. The drinks (cocktails) everywhere were excellent and the view from that roof top bar is exceptional. The one big problem is that because there are no supermarkets or even tiny shops within walking distance, you have to pay 3 euros for a small glass of coke. It’s 80 cents for a big bottle in Limenaria. The small hotel shop doesn’t stock bottles of soft drink because they want you to have to spend a fortune in the bar. I understand the temptation to do this but it seems unkind to me. It resulted in us often going thirsty during the day because we resented the 3 euros. This was the only negative for the hotel & not a huge deal but it was a shame. Beach: loved it. The blue sun beds to the left as you look out from the hotel are free. The brown, padded ones cost a lot per day. I appreciated that there were free ones. Many hotels wouldn’t do this. It made up for the 3 euro cokes :) The beach is lovely and clean and the water wonderful for bobbing around in. You must take sea shoes. There was hardly any plastic in the sea compared to the Mediterranean. The Pool: There didn’t seem to be any free of charge sun beds at the pool. That seems odd to me. Not a big issue as the beach is seconds away. Cleaned very well. Rooms: All have a wonderful sea view. Ours was nicely decorated & cleaned really well. Suggestion: They asked us a few times via the tablet if we would consider skipping a day of cleaning. We might have done, but as it’s Greece, you really want that bathroom bin emptying every day. Maybe have a “bathroom bin only” option for cleaning? There is a kettle and mugs in the room so no need to take with you. Nowhere to buy milk though so take powdered if you don’t intend going in to town. Service: excellent. I was a bit annoying about getting a thinner pillow & they sorted it out. I messaged them via the tablet & they took action immediately. Over all, a lovely stay. I’d recommend it. Thank you.
