“Spa trip”

I had a wonderful anti-stress massage with Hrisa. It was incredibly relaxing and Hrisa was very good and nice. At the spa, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to others for a spa trip or a full body massage.

“Bachelorette day beach & spa”

We went for our best friend’s bachelorette and things went pretty well! We started from the beach & continued with spa and massage. Especially the massage was so enjoyable and relaxing. (I chose the Inner Balance & Emily’s hands were as relaxing and as strong as I wanted!). Hope to see you soon!

“Lovely facilities but room for improvement!”

I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed the facilities. The spa was wonderful, and Emily was a fantastic masseuse—I’d definitely recommend her for any treatment. I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed the facilities. The spa was wonderful, and Emily was a fantastic masseuse—I’d definitely recommend her for any treatment. The indoor pool was a bit on the cool side but still nice during colder months, though it would be better with some changing rooms and lockers nearby. The rooms were spacious and had lovely, large bathrooms. The only downside was the food. I was on a half-board plan, but there weren’t many options for vegetarians, and the selection felt limited, so it might get repetitive for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful overall, although there was one incident where housekeeping entered my room without knocking first, it was fine as I was decent but just a courtesy issue. All in all, a great stay with a few areas that could be improved.

“Disappointed and underwhelmed with miserable staff”

Considering we came from Santorini where we paid just £20 extra a night, we couldn’t believe the comparison of quality for what we received at this hotel. The room was so average, two singles pushed together, plug sockets broke and limited, once we finally received an iron & ironing board that was broken also, really average aircon that made getting ready uncomfortable, no duvet at night, only a sheet and minimal water and minibar never replenished. The staff are so unhelpful, very limited/poor English and all act as if they wish they weren’t here. Couldn’t buy water anywhere past 10pm so good luck if you go out and come back late, couldn’t even pay for a early check in to get ready for a wedding or a late check out to accommodate our 11pm flight. All things we tried to organise ahead of time. Tried to order room service at 9.45 to first be told no, as food stops at 10pm and already too busy, but once we pushed it a couple times they reluctantly gave in to receive ice cold food an hour later. The breakfast food speculation was actually good except the eggs which are freezing but overall breakfast is let down by the miserable staff who seemingly don’t want to help or guide you at all, so you have to figure out the system all by yourself. If staff don’t want to speak to guests perhaps a sign would have been helpful. One benefit - pool food was fantastic and those wait staff were a little friendlier!
