“Easily roam around in Athens”
Spent three days in Athens here at the Achilleas. Very near everything. Very helpful and charming staff. Great breakfast. Ideal to have a central place from which to roam around in Athens. The place is not expensive but it gives you everything you need.

“Hotel was a calm oasis to come back to each day!”

We booked the Athens Pack Offer for our 3-night stay, which included a transfer from the port of Piraeus following our cruise. The transfer was well communicated and executed and was a nice convenience for us. The hotel itself was great too! We had a very comfortable Junior Suite with good air conditioning, much appreciated in the hot July weather. The King size bed was terrific. We enjoyed the included breakfast, so convenient to fuel up before our very full days of sightseeing. Hotel location is central and we could walk to all the city sights! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is in the middle of Athens, it's on a calmer street and we found the room to be very quiet and good for sleeping.

This hotel is very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a map and explained where the hotel is located and things to do around the area and where to go. We stayed for 2 nights. I was up early everyday so I did not get the chance to eat breakfast, but it did smell good was we walked by. The elevator is small and can fit either 1 person and 1 bag or just 2 people with no bags. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would stay again if ever back in Athens. This hotel is in a great location!!!! Would recommend staying here if you are looking and come across this hotel!

Pros (+): • Located at the center of Athens, 3 minutes walking from Syntagma square • Botique hotel in a small street with renovated rooms • Good and helpful staff • Nice and clean restroom and shower area Cons (-): • The room is very warm. You must turn off the air conditioning and leave the balcony door open at night to cool the room. • Useless balcony with a view to the back of other buildings. • No coffee/tea corner in the room • No desk or even a single chair in the room • Very basic breakfast with limited options but includes eggs, cheese, vegetables and fruits. • Illuminated exit sign in the room may disturb night sleep

“great spot in the middle of the city, but skip the food”
great clean room with a nice balcony! Breakfast was not good and the staff did not do a good job cleaning up or clearing dishes - unfortunate experience. Elevator is so small, one one person and one bag will fit. Staff was very helpful and I would stay again but not pay for breakfast
