“Beautiful traditional touch”

Friendly stuff and management, very beautiful place with great traditional touch, great for families, a la carte restaurant was a great choice every time. I will recommend it for view, for beautiful details, for great moments in family.

We’re visiting at the very end of the season, leaving Sunday and we’ll be sad to go back to the UK. This place is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are full of fresh fruit trees, palm trees, grape vines and olive trees. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and the balconies have views to die for. The staff have been very welcoming, the pool area is beautiful- although not heated at all so not very usable at this time of year sadly. The half board included option gave us lots of choice at breakfast to cover for all nationalities- try the traditional sweet bougatsa- hey are amazing! Dinner was varied every evening and fresh with lots of Greek options. The only tiny negative is that the place is very traditional- which is fantastic but if you have small (very fussy) children- there’s not lots of dinner choice for them. But that’s our issue not the hotel. The local area is beautiful with multiple coves and quiet beaches, Nikiti itself is small and very pretty with a couple of lovely local tavernas- try Apoavas/Asansas- the local dishes of saganaki and fish souvlaki here were outstanding! If Covid is a thing you wouldn’t know it here- lots of distancing, mask adherence and quiet areas made it the perfect escape from a crazy time at home. If you stumble across this gem and doubt whether to book it- do it. It’s simply perfect.

“Great Hotel **Recommended**”

Upon arrival at 11pm I was met with a great setting of the village and very friendly staff. My room “superior double” was big and very clean. The bathroom and shower was very modern and clean. I simply cannot fault the room at all. The food was really nice with a good offering of hot and cold food both for breakfast and dinner. Coffee, cordial and water is available with breakfast but strangely, no drinks at dinner. The pool is amazing and very relaxing to sit beside, the bed and chairs are comfortable and clean. The bar staff at the pool are very good and always smiling and happy to help. The only bad thing is the wifi. In the room, my phone longer found it after 2 days and by the pool it is near impossible to obtain a good speed (0.42mbps) it was like a dial up from 1994. The location is a 10min walk to Lidl, a 15min walk to the town and a 25min walk to the beach. The village itself is amazingly beautiful! Fresh fruit growing all around you, palm trees, birds, carp in the pond, amazing and very traditional buildings to take some nice photos of. The view is stunning! I will upload photos to add to my review in a few days. 4.5 stars... just poor wifi keeping it from being a 5

“Partly wonderful, partly not!”

As a British family of 3 we spent a week here and we loved the location, views, landscaping, nature and the general feel of the place. Food here was excellent if a little repetitive after a few days but hygiene seemed excellent. Not so good was the noise from adjoining rooms and standard of some of the fittings in the room although it has to be said that at the price we paid we really weren’t expecting a palace! Importantly it felt safe and secure. What upset us most though was our last night! Dinner is advertised as 1900-2100 and so with our 4 year old daughter not feeling so good we didn’t make it down until 2030. As we were seated away from the restaurant we were surprised to find at 2105 that everything had been packed away meaning we couldn’t have any main or desert course! I understand that the time had gone past 2100 but on previous nights when regular guests had been present the whole buffet stayed out whilst people were in the restaurant, and if someone had simply explained it was going to be removed we’d have had no issues with serving ourselves then! The owners son had been really charming up until the point I queried this and bizarrely became quite aggressive! It really was a sad way to end a lovely holiday. If I could, I’d choose to rate at 3.5 as it would be a 4 but for the last night.
